This DIY Tour includes:

• Vacation Rentals
• Tickets for most of the attractions as listed in your itinerary (Government Attractions must be purchased by you at the Site)
• Dinner/DIY Dinner Kits for all the 5 nights (DOES NOT include Breakfast or Lunch).After you request “Check Availibity” you will be given the choice of Vacation Rentals & Dinner Cuisines.
  Certain activities which require tickets have limitation by age. We will contact you to confirm all age groups before finalizing on the ticketed activities.

This DIY Tour does not include:

• Breakfast or Lunch (even though they may be set in your recommended Itinerary)
• Tickets to Government Attractions (like Koyna or Karla Caves). These tickets must be purchased by you at the site. (PS: These tickets are priced extremely economically)

We recommend you carry:

• Warm Clothing (just in case)
• Personal medication
• Personal toiletries
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Hat/cap
• Camera
• Flash Light (Torch)
• Valid ID proof issued by the Government

After you complete the “Check Availibility” step, one of our customer care representative will get in touch with you to:

• Send you a selection of the vacation homes
• Verify the ages of the people travelling (certain experiences/attractions have age, height and weight rules which must be verified)
• Give you options of Cuisines

In case the preferred slots for an attraction is not unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation will be sent via email.

• 30 days before Start Date: Full Refund minus Full Price of Ticketed Experiences & Service Fees
• 21 days before Start Date: 49% Refund minus Full Price of Ticketed Experiences & Service Fees
• Within 15 Days of Start Date: Non-Refundable

Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there in the stay. Each guest is required to create a osaapa.com profile and submit their Government ID.

If certain water experiences are not able to accommodate you due to Rain, Lightening or other, you will either given a choice to reschedule or will be offered another activity of the same value.
