Comfortable Villa in Lonavala Kevaregaon nr. Pune Expressway (1 km) feels like a home away from home, albeit one that is surrounded by much more greenery! With its spacious living room, lawn and swimming pool, it makes for a great place to get away with your entire bunch of favourite people, as the common areas can comfortably accommodate everyone. There are indoor games available for your entertainment, and the lawn is a great space to play some outdoor games as well.

  • The villa has 7 private bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures
  • All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
  • Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen & Meals:

  • There are two kitchens, one open kitchen in the living area equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier and a commercial kitchen equipped with all utilities required for a large group cooking.
  • The commercial kitchen is accessible to the guests at an additional cost
  • Meals can be arranged at an additional cost
  • Crockery is available for upto 25 people

Pool and Lawn:

  • The villa has a private and covered swimming pool that can accommodate upto 10-12 people
  • The villa has a plunge pool in the balcony of the first floor with a rain dance facility
  • Pool size: 20ft x 14ft with a depth of 4ft
  • Plunge pool size: 15ft x 3ft with a depth of 2.5ft
  • The villa has a spacious private lawn that can accommodate around 30 people
  • Day events for upto 30 people can be organized with a prior notice

Entertainment & Relaxation:

  • The villa has indoor games such as carrom for entertainment
  • A music system is available at the property
  • A private bar is available to the guests

  • Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.

Cancellations

  • 14 days before Check-In: 50% Refund minus Service Fee
  • 7 days before Check-In: 25% Refund minus Service Fee
  • Within 7 Days of Check-In: Non-Refundable

Interaction with Host

Via fwt.asia Customer Care + A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. A comfortable stay is assured altogether!

The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.

Payments made by Guests on fwt.asia are held in an escrow and released to Hosts (which are ranked below 5 stars) after the Guest’s stay is complete.

This is done to protect the Guest just in case the Host’s property is not as advertised and/or there is an issue during the stay at the property.

If such an issue arises the payment is frozen till the issue is resolved. Both the Guests and Hosts are required to provide conclusive evidence in the form of video/s, audio/s or photo/s to resolve such an issue.
