Price includes breakfast and a full time in house chef (Groceries have to be paid for). Barbecue is also available.

The Vacation Property

A beautiful 4 bedroom Cliff Villa nr. Pawna Lake (11 min), Pawna on the hills away from hectic city life.The villa is located in Pawna lake, 25 minutes from Lonavala. The scenic location with breath taking views make it a perfect holiday destination.

A full time caretaker and a chef is included in the package.

Its a half acre property with big lawns and private swimming pool.

  • We do not encourage loud parties and late night revelry.

  • Illegal drugs & narcotics are prohibited on the property.
  • Bachelor & stag parties not allowed.
  • Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.

14 days before Check-In: Full Refund minus Service Fee

Meal Arrangement

Breakfast & Chef included with Stay.

You will have to provide groceries to the Chef for him to cook other meals for you.

Interaction with Host

Via fwt.asia Customer Care + A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. A comfortable stay is assured altogether!

The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.

If such an issue arises the payment is frozen till the issue is resolved. Both the Guests and Hosts are required to provide conclusive evidence in the form of video/s, audio/s or photo/s to resolve such an issue.

    Had the villa for 15-16th august
    Horrible experience
    The ROOF FELL!
    There was a leakage in the ceiling which was informed to the owners and was ignored by them
    The roof literally fell in front of us!
    Also the roof in the bathroom is about to fall!
    The speakers also dont charge and and not in working condition at all
    He paid a hefty amount since it was Independence Day and were treated to absolute lack of hospitality from the owners. Google
