Welcome to Parra, North Goa. A quaint little village that at times is as quiet as a dormouse. Where the chimes of church bells echo to soothe the soul. Here idyllic paddy fields are ensconced by tall coconut trees that dance to nature’s music.

And within this little piece of paradise lies Classic Goa Villa nr. St. Anns Church Parra, Andaluzia – North Goa. A home that is over a hundred years old. Yet ready to welcome you into a realm fit for a modern day royalty.

This is a four bedroom tribute to taste. Filled with some tasteful antiques, it seems even time pauses at Andaluzia.

The Vacation Property

Classic Goa Villa nr. St. Anns Church Parra, Goa is about 100 years old and we have restored it to maintain the original architecture and form. We believe that heritage buildings such as our Classic Goa Villa nr. St. Anns Church Parra, Goa need to be preserved for eternity!

There are 5 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. There are three fully modernized/restored bathrooms on each floor. Two bedrooms upstairs are interconnected.

We feel that ten adults would be the optimal number of people to fully enjoy the space, or two families. It can fit up to fifteen guests but we feel ten is the optimal number.

We have a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a utilities room, in addition to the bedrooms and the bath.

The large portico/veranda is the perfect spot to spend the evenings. We also have a sitting area on the side of the house.

We have a coffee room on the terrace for the mornings, to enjoy the peace and tranquility. This converts to a bar room in the evenings.

We have a loft upstairs in addition to the two rooms and bathroom.

Bachelor & stag parties not allowed.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.

Pet Charges:

Rs. 1,500 per pet/night payable to the housekeeper prior to check-in.

Security deposit is paid back after Check-Out process (A thorough inspection of the property is done to make sure that everything is in order)

Cancellations

cancel before 30 days 80%, within 14 days 50% under 14 no refund

Interaction with Host

Via fwt.asia Customer Care + A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. A comfortable stay is assured altogether!

The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.

Things to note

All guests must carry and submit their valid government ID proof at the time of check-in.
Kindly get in touch at least 02 days prior to your arrival for the exact location.
Kindly enter the exact number of guest that will be occupying the villa. We will entertain the number of guests that are mentioned in the reservation confirmation.

Guest Protection Policy

Payments made by Guests on fwt.asia are held in an escrow and released to Hosts (which are ranked below 5 stars) after the Guest’s stay is complete.

This is done to protect the Guest just in case the Host’s property is not as advertised and/or there is an issue during the stay at the property.

If such an issue arises the payment is frozen till the issue is resolved. Both the Guests and Hosts are required to provide conclusive evidence in the form of video/s, audio/s or photo/s to resolve such an issue.
