Other Rules:
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 must carry a copy of Govt. ID Card.
  • We do not encourage loud parties and late night revelry.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted within limits.
  • Illegal drugs & narcotics are prohibited on the property.
  • Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
  • Shoes and heels not allowed in the villa.
  • Swimming pool timings are from 10am to 10pm.
  • Loud music is only allowed till 10:30pm.
  • Smoking inside the villa including bathrooms is strictly not allowed. Smoking is allowed in the gazebo and pool deck only.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Kitchen timings are from 8.00 am to 12.00 midnight. Food will be served in the dinning area only.

Security Deposit

Security deposit of Rs 10000 should be paid to the caretaker in cash. It will be returned at the end of the stay or via NEFT within 5 days after a careful survey of the home.

Cancellations

Cancellation and Refund is not allowed.

Interaction with Host

i will not be available in person but can be reached over the phone and email to attend to any queries that you may have.

Meal Arrangements

Vegetarian Meals: Rs. 840 + all applicable taxes, per person per day

Non Vegetarian Meals: Rs. 1260 + all applicable taxes, per person per day

Meal plans include Breakfast, Lunch, Hi – tea & Dinner

Things to note

A full service vacation villa, we understand that eating arrangements constitute a big part of your travel arrangements constitute a big part of your travel plans hence, we also encourage self cooking in our villa our kitchen are well equipped with ample supplies to cook to your hearts delight. If you prefer home cooked food we have arrangements with local cook who will be charging separately. We also offer our menu from that you can select your food items for your meals in prior so that we can buy freshest ingredient at reasonable timings.

Payments made by Guests on fwt.asia are held in an escrow and released to Hosts (which are ranked below 5 stars) after the Guest’s stay is complete.

This is done to protect the Guest just in case the Host’s property is not as advertised and/or there is an issue during the stay at the property.

If such an issue arises the payment is frozen till the issue is resolved. Both the Guests and Hosts are required to provide conclusive evidence in the form of video/s, audio/s or photo/s to resolve such an issue.
