Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa , Drinking isn’t a problem inside the villa
No loud Music after 10 PM Outside Villa , After 10 PM inside the house please
Footwear not allowed inside the villa. We Request you to treat the property as your own

One Time Cleaning Fees of Rs 500 will taken at the time of Check in.
Cooking is strictly not allowed inside the Villa, There is Microwave where you can heat the
food In case you get food from outside. There is separate kitchen outside where our cook
can cook your choices of food. He can cook Chinese, Italian, and Punjabi & Indian.
A refundable security deposit of Rs 5000 will be collected before check-in. This amount is
refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is
adhered to. Any Balance Payment has to be paid at the time of Check in Only.
There is a medical kit available at the villa.
We are Sorry we don’t provide Towels, since usually we have group of 20-30 guest as
visitors. It’s difficult to provide so many towels.
Any Damage will be charged from Deposit and it will be owners’ decision
Secured parking space for up to 5 cars is available.
After using the swimming pool, kindly avoid using the living room furniture in wet clothes.
Stay & Food for a driver can be arranged at an additional cost.
The caretaker stays inside property.
Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
In case of power failure there is Generator but AC will not work on Generator.
There is Heavy Rain & Sometime Storm in Lonavala due to which there is low voltage
in electricity power. Some electrical item may work; some may not work during this period.
We request guest to co-operate with us as this is beyond our limitation to solve this issue.
Any service provided by the Supervisor outside the villa will be charged at ₹50/- per visit.
Do not leave children unattended around the pool, balcony and terrace. Management will
not be held responsible for any mishap or accidents
Do not leave any valuables. Take care of your belongings. Management will not be
responsible for any loss.
We apologies in advance but We don’t have policy to give the property keys to the guest as
we have housekeeping staff and managers to take care of things , also if the guest misplaces
the keys we don’t have a spare key. Please be understanding towards this . Guest Can Lock
the bedrooms & Wardrobe.
Most Important Point we don’t entertain guests who drink and vomit in the Villa. If anyone
found vomiting inside the Villa or nearby then we shall charge Rs 1000 for cleaning the
same.
We don’t entertain using of Hukka inside property, but incase guest still bring it then we
are not responsible for any action taken by local Authority or police by any chance. Other charges as per Guest requirements:-
Live Barbeque for 2 hrs – 1000 Rupees
Live Match / Karaoke on projector for 4 hrs – 5000 Rupees
Camp Fire – 1000 Rupees
Convert Club House into Discotheque Dance Floor with led lights & Music.

Let me share my experience of this Place, I have checked in on 25th August 2019 and Checked out on 26th August 2019 with my family, we booked it for my Father’s 70th Birthday celebration:
The approach road to the Villa is pathetic, the roads are heavily damaged and it will damage your car anyhow you enter. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Speaking from experience, my car bumper was damaged.

Superb holiday vacation destination. Awesomely clear n neat place. Near by Malavali station. Close to lonavla. Just 100/105 kms from mumbai. Peaceful place. Nice Lohagad, Visapur view. Close to nature. Great ambiance. Affordable prices.
