Located 3 hrs. from Mumbai, 2 hrs. from Surat & 30 minutes from Udwada, this beautiful farmhouse in Moti Daman, Daman & Dui is 5 minutes from Jampore Beach (the most famous beach in Daman) and 10 minutes from Daman Fort/Lighthouse.

The bungalow comes with a huge swimming pool, sprawling lawns, fountains, indoor party place, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

A St. Bernard, a Bull Terrier, some birds and a Turkey are part of the lawns. Do not worry, they have their own dens where they are put in when Guests are on the property.

The bungalow is surrounded with beautiful trees and selfie points, also you get an amazing sunset view from the roof of the farm house as the name of the bungalow suggests bonfire can also be arranged .

House Rules

Check-In: Anytime after 1:00PM
Check-Out: 12AM

 

Other Rules:
  • As required by law, every guest above 18 must carry a copy of Govt. ID Card.
  • We do not encourage loud parties and late night revelry.
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted within limits.
  • Illegal drugs & narcotics are prohibited on the property.
  • Bachelor & stag parties not allowed.
  • Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
  • Extra bed is charged at Rs 1800/- inclusive of Breakfast and All taxes.
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Meal Arrangements

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are available.
We serve Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian and Jain food.

Food costs between Rs.795 to Rs.1,295 per person (depending on your choice of cuisine)

We also arrange BBQs upon request (a Bon-Fire can also be made upon request).

Interaction with Host

Via fwt.asia Customer Care + A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. A comfortable stay is assured altogether!

The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.

Cancellations

Cancellation and Refund policy is as follows:

  • 14 days before Check-In: Full Refund minus Service Fee
  • 7 days before Check-In: 50% Refund minus Service Fee
  • Within 7 Days of Check-In: Non-Refundable

Things to note

For folk coming in from Mumbai, and get in traffic on Friday evening and are delayed to get here, please note that the Wine Shops close at around 10:00 pm in Daman. Also, on the weekdays, some of the rated restaurants closes shop at around 11:00 pm.

If you are running late and need for us to arrange for your drinks and food, please let us know before it is too late.

Payments made by Guests on fwt.asia are held in an escrow and released to Hosts (which are ranked below 5 stars) after the Guest’s stay is complete.

This is done to protect the Guest just in case the Host’s property is not as advertised and/or there is an issue during the stay at the property.

If such an issue arises the payment is frozen till the issue is resolved. Both the Guests and Hosts are required to provide conclusive evidence in the form of video/s, audio/s or photo/s to resolve such an issue.

      Yes, an onsite chef is provided upon request. Request must be made at least 7 days in advance.

      Cost of the on-site chef is in-between Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1500 per day (lunch and dinner) depending on the cuisine you would like.
