Pawna Lake (15 min), Pawna is a luxurious 3bhk Villa With Swimming pool and Huge Private Area of 10,000 sq ft, surrounded by lush greenery scenic mountain view, enhancing waterfalls,chirping birds, scenting flowers, altogether a perfect holiday in laps of mother nature making it one of the best location in Lonavala along with the best hospitality that makes your trip memorable.

We can accommodate maximum 20 guests in the villa. 

Security deposit of Rs 10,000 should be paid to the caretaker in cash. It will be returned at the end of the stay or via NEFT within 5 days after a careful survey of the home.

The full service vacation Inviting Abode nr. Pawna Lake (15 min), Pawna we take care to ensure that everything possible is arranged by us . We can serve guest such as families, young groups, events, pre wedding shoots, shootings, corporate nature picnics and much more.
The villa has 3 bedroom (3 double beds) these can be rented individually or as a whole for larger groups of guest based on availability. Villa can accommodate 20guests with the extra mattress on additional charge of 1800pp/-

  • Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.

Meal Arrangements

Meals are available on-site.

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-Tea and Dinner is served at the property.
  • Vegetarian meals are available for a cost of Rs. 800 per guest.
  • Non-Vegetarian meals are available for a cost of Rs. 1,200 per guest.

 

Things to note

A full service vacation villa, we understand that eating arrangements constitute a big part of your travel arrangements constitute a big part of your travel plans hence, we also encourage self cooking in our villa our kitchen are well equipped with ample supplies to cook to your hearts delight. If you prefer home cooked food we have arrangements with local cook who will be charging separately. We also offer our menu from that you can select your food items for your meals in prior so that we can buy freshest ingredient at reasonable timings.

Payments made by Guests on fwt.asia are held in an escrow and released to Hosts (which are ranked below 5 stars) after the Guest’s stay is complete.

This is done to protect the Guest just in case the Host’s property is not as advertised and/or there is an issue during the stay at the property.

If such an issue arises the payment is frozen till the issue is resolved. Both the Guests and Hosts are required to provide conclusive evidence in the form of video/s, audio/s or photo/s to resolve such an issue.
